The market and their owners who live in slums have been coming nearer every year and are now really close to the Metro project. Illegal accommodations by land mafias are done from time to time in the areas. And now the authorities are taking some serious actions against some cases. The land has been acclaimed through power and fear from the people. The residents near such accommodations have been a cause of trouble, problems from time to time for them. And now they are really happy that authorities are taking some action. But some residents are not happy with the decision. As the market is a really popular tourist spot and people all over the city and even from Delhi come on weekends and boost the local economy. People are saying that apart from structured and sorted stores and huge malls such cultural and traditional small markets are really important.
