While in the last episode we saw that Kazuya fell on Mizuhara increasing the intensity between the two. This episode is called Ex and girlfriend, while the episode starts with Kazuya getting up from his sleep with a bad hangover and him forgetting that Mizuhar helped him get to his room and comforted him as well. When Kazuya reaches school he sees that the persons from the last night are in the group and from them, Mizuhara was missing. While he was also in the group chat and there was Mizuhara’s contact in it. Kazuya gets surprised one after the other and when he gets home, he sees that there was a turmeric remedy drink which was in his refrigerator. These drinks are used when someone is drunk and it is used to remove that hangover.

Mizuhara might have been the one who placed the drink in his refrigerator. While things were unsolved, Kazuya might have certainly forgotten that Mizuhara was the one who helped him and caressed him when he was unconscious. While Ruka is trying hard to find the connection between Mizuhara and Kazuya as Mizuhara is trying hard to defend him. On the other hand, Kazuya gets shocked by seeing Mami at his workplace and Kabi was the one who told her about it. Mami and Ruka take on a conversation and after that Kazuya takes Mami took the karaoke room. Kazuya covers Ruka’s mouth when she was about to reveal the dating secret between the two of them.

While Ruka and Mami are having a conversational battle on why Mami was visiting her ex’s workplace, Ruka also asks Kazuya about the reason behind his rental girlfriend but he has no answer to it. While Mami leaves the place, Ruka bursts into tears, and later when Mizukara arrives she instantly recognizes her by saying that she was the one who spent the night with Kazuya. There might be a battle between Ruka as Ruka finds Mami’s id through social media n stalks, while Mami has temper issues. In almost every season of renting a girlfriend, the 7th episode showcases the lead and the same is with the 7th episode of season 2. Nothing can be said further until the next episode is released as Kazuya seems to be in a mess because of the two girls.
